From the President of USCMA

I hope you are all well.

Here (Miami) Haiti consumes every agenda. Miami is up-side-down with grief of lost loved ones, or just frustration in general. We are so close to this catastrophe and yet so far. Bishop Pean wrote and he is fine, as are most of the areas in that region. However, refugees are already there. Almost 8,000 in one town of his diocese. The problem will soon be food shortage throughout the country, and that will go hand in hand with security. I know you all join me in prayers for Haiti.
